This healing and hydrating mocktail is made with fresh orange juice (rich in vitamin C), coconut water (rich in electrolytes), turmeric (anti-inflammatory), ginger (digestive aid), and a dash of black pepper (to increase absorption).   1. Put the coconut water and fresh orange juice in a big pitcher.
  2. Add the black pepper, turmeric powder, honey, and grated ginger.
